Consolidated Stores, Big Lots and Pic n’ Save, needed to push sales from its new frozen food department more aggressively throughout the country.
TAG initiated, facilitated and coordinated the transfer and installation of freezer departments in dozens of stores across the country, deploying dozens of in-store actions each week.
Target
Target had stores around the country with truckloads of equipment sitting in their parking lots. They needed help with documenting and liquidating the equipment as well as remodeling the stores.
Within one month TAG had removed the surplus equipment from all stores, brought it to their network of warehouses and sold half of the equipment, giving Target a profit they would not otherwise have made.
