Facility Closure Program

Program Overview

Clients can open, close, remodel, and maintain their facilities in a cost effective and time sensitive manner by using tagX’s facility transition services. tagX is a singular source for all remodeling and closure needs.

Option One: tagX will remove all equipment for remanufacturing. Items not Remanufactured will liquidated.
Option Two: tagX will manage the direct a sale of all equipment from the locations.

Program Elements

Project Management: tagX coordinates all actions required in the field to provide end-to-end management of the client’s requirements.

Facility Exit: tagX puts together a team to remove equipment from the designated location and either return it to tagX headquarters for Liquidation or Remanufacturing and Redeploy, or Liquidation from the locations.

Asset Disposition: tagX liquidates designated equipment on a consignment basis which will relieve the inventory from the designated location immediately and target to maximize return.

Receiving & Inventory Management: tagX creates a detailed list of physical inventory when the equipment arrives.

Remanufacturing and Redeployment: tagX works with client to indicate which items will be reserved for remanufacturing and redeployment. The remanufacturing process includes review of products, disassembly, advanced cleaning technology, repair with technical precision, and asset reassembly to sound working performance.
