Summary
The TAG Service Line delivers “headache relief” the hassles of equipment management and facility transition. We call it “Supply Pain Management” because the movement of equipment in the restaurant and food service arena always has “Pain”.
TAG has pioneered a Service Menu that includes:
Equipment Management & Distribution Services: A complete Resource for procurement, warehousing, logistics and fulfillment challenges.
Facility Transition Services: Helping firms handle the many tasks related to opening, remodeling and closing facilities.
Asset Disposition Services: Creating an economic return by converting assets no longer used by a client into dollars. Our proven track record helps firms dispose of a single item at one location to the contents of locations around the globe.
Whether a single piece of equipment from one location or an entire chain, TAG does it all without the headache or hassle for Clients worldwide.
Equipment Management & Distribution Services:
TAG offers a value-added array of Equipment Management & Distribution Services for Clients. Our single point of contact includes pickup from a manufacturer through consolidation and placement at the point of use.
We take a hands-on approach to the coordination of owner-supplied items and Furniture, Fixture and Equipment (FF&E) packages. Early on, we assume control over vendors to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered according to the schedule as agreed upon by the entire team.
Our Clients can significantly lower their operating costs because TAG is a “one-stop” resource in the entire “Supply Chain”. This includes:
- Planning & Program Development
- Procurement
- Freight & logistics
- Receiving
- Repackaging
- Inventory Management
- Fulfillment
- Outbound support
Clients have access to TAG’s inventory reporting via the Internet twenty-four hours a day, year round. Items worldwide are supported from our 1,000-acre, Million-plus square foot facility.
From manufacturer to use in retail locations, TAG supports end-to-end Client needs.
Facility Transition
Organizations that operate in the Restaurant, Retail and Food Industry constantly evolve to keep up with the ever-changing customer. Whether launching a new product offering, trading out equipment for replacement, or the extreme of opening and closing locations, facility actions are needed.
Clients can open, close, remodel, and maintain their facilities in a cost effective and time sensitive manner by using TAG’s Facility Transition Services.
TAG manages all equipment related issues, such as:
- Removal
- Tracking
- Remanufacturing & Redeployment
- Asset Disposition
Services support a full range of facility management requirements. TAG can completely “empty” a location, dispatch locksmiths to change locks, removing signage and awnings and change security codes. A singular source for remodeling and closure needs.
TAG supports organizations by “tracking assets” in the field as well as moving assets into and out of locations during periods of “facility transition”.
Our “Field Audits” meet a major challenge for Clients by tracking assets they own in the field. TAG deploys a team to identify, document, record and report on assets. Clients have web access to their assets around the clock.
Asset Disposition Services
The Advantage Group (TAG) can help convert assets no longer used by a Client into an economic return by offering the following:

- Returns
We can pick up equipment in the field and return them to our National Operations Center or sell assets from a Client location.
